The Dumbbell Snatch is a great full body explosive exercise.
It will help improve strength, explosive power, coordination and is a great exercise for fat loss.
A fun way to do the DB Snatch is to do a ladder.
Set up a bunch of dumbbells increasing weight with each rep.

A few things with the DB Snatch. Try to maintain explosive power. Doing this for conditioning is not the same as doing it for power and strength.
Remember it’s a jump with weight so make sure the heavier it gets the more you jump.
Grab some dumbbells set up a ladder and have some fun!
