Try this Barbell/KettleBell Deadlift/Box Jump Pyramid Finisher.
It’s simple but not easy.
You start with 1 exercise and do 10 reps, followed by 10 box jumps.
10 Kettlebell Deadlifts
10 Box Jumps
9 Barbell Deadlifts
9 Box Jumps
Continue all the way down to 1.
This workout will help work on hip strength, improve explosive power, target your glutes and hips and is great for fast loss
