About Women Who Lift Weights
Women Who Lift Weights was founded by Coach Rob King with a simple mission: help more women discover the benefits of strength training and build confidence through lifting weights.
What started as a small online community has grown into a global movement of hundreds of thousands of women connected through training, education, support, and a shared passion for becoming stronger.
Coach Rob is an IPF World Champion Powerlifter, a 6-time Team Canada Powerlifting Coach, author, and owner of Heavyweights Barbell Club in Newfoundland, Canada.
Today, Women Who Lift Weights helps women around the world get stronger through structured programs, practical education, supportive community, and the WWLW App.
Strength. Education. Community.
