Tip: Use Kettlebell Handles To Improve Your RDL’s (Romanian Deadlifts)
Here is a simple tip to make your RDL’s even better. Use the kettlebell handle and elevate your toes.
This will give you even more of a stretch in the hamstrings & posterior chain region.
If you wear sneakers this is great because with RDL’s you will get a better stretch and feel with a flat foot.
You can also use 2.5 lbs or 5 lb plates if you don’t have kettlebells.
