Fat Loss Tip For Women : Don’t Drink Your Calories
One of the biggest mistakes when it comes to fat loss is drinking your calories. Between cans of sugar loaded pop and juices this can add up big time. While on the topic of “juices” don’t think that orange juice, apple juice and pretty much any juices are good for you. They are not. If you are trying to lose body fat and keep your calories under control one of the worst things you can have are cola drinks and fruit juice drinks. Even if you are like me and love energy drinks be sure to chose the calorie free kind.
What Should You Drink?
Try to limit your beverage consumption to – Water (this is so important) – Green Tea – Coffee (Go black or use sweeter, double double is not on the menu) – Diet Drinks (once in a while) – Did I mention WATER Along with gaining fat too much sugar long term can really do damage to your health. Here are some crazy numbers for you.
