At my gym Heavy Weights Training Center we don’t have a leg press. In actuality we don’t have any machines at all.
However sometimes machines have benefits. The leg press for example can be a pretty good exercise for hitting the legs while having very little to no stress on the joints when done properly.
If you are like me and you have no leg press give this squat variation a try.

Barbell Rack Slide Squats are a great way to hit your quads with very little stress on the joints.
