When most people think of core/ab exercises they think of exercises like sit ups.
I am not a big fan of sit ups, I think sometimes they have their place but overall they are over rated and can even do damage to your lower back over time.
I love using the stretch band and resistance bands for my core training and when training my athletes.
Give these 3 band core exercises a try.
