Barbell Ab Roll Outs
Barbell roll outs are a core strengthening exercise for the entire abdominal region. This exercise also improves strength and stability in the shoulders. Place an exercise mat under your knees and get into a kneeling position.
Keep your core, glutes and lats tight.
This is not just a core, it’s a full upper body exercise.
Be prepared you may get sore. This is an “anti extension” exercise giving you a good stretch under a load which can cause soreness.
This is a great exercise when done correctly.
