There is no better feeling than a heavy bar on your back and squatting it.
If you want to lift heavy weights on squats here are here are 3 simple and easy tips for a stronger squat.
1. Be Confident. If you are going to put it on your back believe you can do it.
2. Keep Tight. When the bar hits the sticking point keep your air and keep your tension.
3. Squat as fast as you can for you. Some lifters squat slow, some squat fast, but the goal should be to squat as fast as you can with control of the weight.
