5 Tips For The Ab Wheel Rollouts (aka The Evil Wheel)
The Ab Wheel (aka the evil wheel) is a great tool for training your “core”.
It’s a great anti-extension exercise. It looks easy but it’s not, not even close.
Hold the ab wheel with both hands and kneel on the floor. Now place the ab wheel on the floor in front of you so that you are on all your hands and knees (as in a kneeling push up position). This will be your starting position. Slowly roll the ab wheel straight forward, stretching your body into a straight position.
Here are 5 tips for stronger ab wheel training.
– Lock/Brace your core hard
– Lock your lats
– Squeeze your glutes
– Don’t lose tension/control in your lower spine
– Roll as far as you can with perfect form
You can grab an ab wheel for less than $10 here.
It’s one of the best training tools you can invest in.
