If you love squats and TRX exercises you can combine them both and do a TRX Squat.
To hit the glutes even more on this one I have added in a mini band below the knees (Hip Sling).
This will really hit the glutes and take the TRX squat to another level.
Go slow, focus on good quality squats and push the knees out with the band as hard as possible.
Adding in the mini band to the TRX squats will hit the glutes much harder.
