Kneeling To Jump Sumo Double Kettlebell Deadlift
This is a great kettlebell exercise to teach setting the feet solid before you deadlift. As well its a great exercise for the hips and glutes.
It puts you in a great starting position and the kettlebells with the weight on the inside of the knees/hips is a great way to balance doing lots of bar deadlifts where the weight is on the outside of the knees/hips.
This will hit your glutes, hamstrings, quads, lats, hip mobility, hip strength and more all in one exercise.
I love kettlebell exercises. And I use them often with my programs and the female athletes I coach.
