Tip: Try This 10 Minute Kettlebell & Dumbbell Sprint Finisher
I am not a big fan of steady state cardio.
I mean it has it’s place….. sometimes…….maybe……well not at my gym.
Do you really want to be on a treadmill for 30-60 minutes?
What if I said that you can get a way better more intense workout that will jack up your heart rate, improve fat loss, build lean muscles and improve your conditioning.
Get outside if you can, all you need is a set of dumbells and 1 kettlebell and you are ready for a intense full body strength and conditioning pyramid
Try this 10 minute sprint challenge.
The Kettlebell Squat & Dumbell Curl & Press 10-1 Pyramid Challenge.
Here is how it goes.
10 Kettllebell Goblet Squats
10 Dumbell Curl & Press
Sprint 40 yards (20 up and 20 back)
Start and 10 reps and work your way down to 1. Each time doing a sprint.
Your goal is to finish the workout in 10 minutes or less.
Once you are done be sure to spend some time foam rolling and working on your glutes and hamstrings to improve recovery.
Get after it and let me know how you find it.
