A great way to finish off a great bench press or upper body workout is to use a “finisher”.
A finisher is simple a fast challenging workout to “finish” off your strength training workouts.
Here is a fun one.
30 Seconds of Barbell Bench Press AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)..
Move the bar as fast as possible.
Count your reps and try to improve.
Do this 30 second bench finisher workout after your next push workout. You will get a great pump in the muscles and it will increase the heart rate more than expected.
