Tip: If You Want To Get Stronger Attack Your Weak Points
If you want to get strong you need to attack and improve your weak points.
In lifting we will always have areas of the lift that are weaker. We will always have muscles that lag behind. If you want to get stronger and improve your training you have to always do your best to attack your weak areas.
In this video I have Joeanne do a modified deadlift. She does 1 full deadlift, then then 1 partial deadlift (similar to a dimmel deadlft). She repeats this 5 times.
By doing this she is working her mid/top range (lockout above the knees) as this is her “weak” area on her deadlift.
She also did 5 sets of 10 dimmel deadlifts before this.
Remember that strength is like a chain, a chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link. If you want to be stronger work your weakness and make them your strengths.
