I hate girl push ups.
No exercise should be called a “girl” exercise because it;’s a easier version.
As doing girl push ups otherwise known as push ups from the knees is not a great push up version for many reasons.
Instead try doing this simple push up progression.

Be sure to keep your core tight and squeeze your glutes. A big factor for women doing push ups is getting your core and glutes stronger.
