Don’t Make This Box Jump Mistake
Box jumps are a great exercise with numerous benefits. They will help you improve explosive power, along with giving you a full body workout and I think jumping is a great exercise for fat loss.
Although box jumps are great be sure to not make this box jump mistake.
Be sure when you jump that you land soft and step down. Don’t jump down. Jumping down will put a tremendous amount of stress on your achilles, hips, lower back and more.
