If you have 1 pound less fat and 1 pound more muscle you weigh the same.

The scale is one of many measures, not THE only measure.

Measure your results by the following:

– How You Feel

– How You Look

– Your Strength

– How Your Clothes Fit

 
The scale is not everything, not even close.
