Lynn is 61 and she does Deadlifts and Box jumps

Lynn is 61 and started with our Strong Her In 42 program at Heavy Weights Training Center.

From there she joined Boot Camp and Built in 28.

She is now signed up for Boot Camp and Built In 42.

Her results have been amazing.
