1. Have a strong start position (this is part of your set up)
2. Breath & brace your core hard
3. Dip with the legs fast, like a jump. Not a squat, a dip
4. Drive the bar off the chest as fast as possible
5. Head through as soon as the bar clears your face
Strength is a skill so be sure to practice.
