5 Simple Things To Do To Drop 10 + Pounds
1. Drink More Water
Never underestimate the value and health benefits of drinking lots of good old water.ut
Lower sugary drinks, pop, and fancy sugar loaded drinks. Drink water, green tea and coffee (no double double’s though :P)
I would also recommend you drink lemon water first thing in the morning to start your day.
2. Exercise 5 Days A Week
Working out has to be FUN. It doesn’t always have to be going into a gym and spending an hour on a treadmill.
Keep your training fun, get outside, run some stairs, go for a hike, do some body weight exercises, lift weights, but get it done.
We are all busy. I get it. But make time to exercises 5 days a week for 15-45 minutes a day. It’s an investment in your health and well being.
3. Have A Goal
Don’t just say “I want to lose weight”, have a specific and measurable goal.
For example “I want to be 10 lbs lighter in 28 days” is a perfect goal.
Always be specific and measurable and write it down on paper and on your phone.
4. Make Better Food Choices
We all pretty much know what we “should” eat, but we don’t always do what we know.
Do your best to eat healthy foods. Lean proteins, greens, berries, veggies, mixed nuts, some fruits, fish oils and lots of water.
You are what you eat so eat good :).
5. Follow A Program
It’s not rocket science that you need to create your own program to get results. There are MANY programs to help you lose fat, improve energy and drop inches.
Don’t try to create your own, follow a program that works and is proven to work.
