Some people love going grocery shopping, I am NOT one of them.
Why you may ask?
Well a few reasons.
1. I don’t like crowds
2. I don’t like lining up
3. I want to eat EVERYTHING that I shouldn’t eat.
You know those people who can eat super clean all the time and have 100% discipline?
Well I am not one of them.
So I have to do my best to minimize the damages and getting groceries plays a big role.
3 Tips For Better Decisions At The Grocery Store
1. Don’t Buy Groceries When You Are Hungry
This sounds so simple but everything you buy groceries when you are starvin marvin your chances of buying something not on your food list goes up big time. Try to not buy groceries when you are hungry.
2. Have A Grocery List
Be prepared when you enter the grocery store.
Have a list of foods and items that you need so that you can minimize the wants.
Needs and wants are not the same thing.
3. Have A Pattern At Your Grocery Store
We all have a grocery store or two that we go to all the time. Go in focused to get what you need. A great way to do this is by having a pattern of shopping a certain way. Create a good habit and stick to that habit. Hit the perimeter first, and then only hit the aisles that you need.
