A great tool for improving your bench press is the bench blockz.
You can also use boards but I love the bench blockz for it’s simplicity and multiple height adjustments.
When it comes to lifting weights and Powerlifting you are only as strong as your weakest link and the bench blockz allows you to work at different heights to work multiple ranges of your bench press.
Often times with bench presses we all have “sticking points”. Mine is the very top part of the lockout.
The bench blockz clips on to a barbell and you can adjust it for multiple heights to target certain ranges of your bench press.
It’s a great tool for working a variety of ranges in your bench press and it’s very simple and easy to use.
