Use A Sock & Ball For Upper Back Soft Tissue Work
If you have a tight upper back and could use some soft tissue work here is a simple and effective way to use a sock and a ball to work out those knots and reduce tension and improve upper back mobility.
If you sit at a computer a lot this is a great thing to help.
I personally use and recommend TP Therapy Ball.
