Pull ups are a very difficult but there are a few things that can help. Next time you do pull ups don’t think about pulling yourself to the bar, try to instead focus on pulling the bar down to you.
By focusing on pulling the bar down to you it makes it easier to engage the powerful muscles of the lats and upper back.
Grip as hard as possible and pull the bar down to you, don’t pull yourself up to the bar.
