Tip: On Hip Thrusters Hold Your Last Rep For 10-30 Seconds

Hip thrusts are a great exercise to target the glutes and improve lower body strength and muscle and improve hip extension strength.

Here is a simple and easy tip to make them even better.

On your last rep hold at the top and squeeze your glutes as hard as you can for 10-30 seconds.
