Most women struggle with bench press.
Because women lack the upper body size and strength the bench press usually is a struggle.
However there are a few things women can do to increase their bench press.
1. Bench More Often
To get good at something you need to practice. Don’t workout, train your skill and improve. Reps = Repetition.

2. Use Your Full Body
Bench press is not just an upper body lift, it’s a full body lift. Learn to use your legs, hips, back and more.

3. Be Patient With Your Benching
Unlike squats and deadlifts progress may come slower for women on bench press. Stay the course, be patient and be happy with slow but steady progress. 5 lbs is a big gain on bench press.
