Medicine Ball Push Ups

Medicine Ball Push Ups take the benefits of regular push-ups, which strengthen your chest, arm, shoulder, and back muscle groups, and incorporates your core and smaller stabilizing muscle groups too. By using a medicine ball you make the smaller muscles in your hands, wrists, and triceps, which normally don’t get exercised as often, work harder.

The movement of the med ball and the change in hand position really makes this a great exercise. It will fire up your stabilizers and also improve your balance and stability.

These are great to finish off your pressing workouts or add them in before you bench press to get things fired up.

Give it a try and let me know how you find it.
