Tip: Is Your Grip A Problem? Try Liquid Chalk

I read a lot of posts and comments from women about how their grip is usually a big limiting factor in training and on deadlifts.

I always recommend that you use chalk.

However most commercial gyms don’t allow you to use chalk.

Here is a simple fix.

Use Liquid Chalk.

This will help your grip and improve your overall strength on all strength exercises.

Buy one, throw it in your gym bag and you are ready to go.
