Coach Rob here and I just wanted to say welcome and thank you for investing in our Strong Her in 28 program.

Lets get you ready to go.

Step 1.  Download Your Strong Her in 28 Program 

If you had any problems you can email us at info@womenwholiftweights.com, but a copy is also in the Facebook Group.

Step 2. Join the Facebook Group by clicking HERE.

In this group I want you to post daily that you got your workouts in.  Any questions you have you can post them, and also all the bonus programs are there in the “files section”.

Step 3. Print and read your program.

If you fail to plan you plan to fail.  Our program is a proven winner but you need to follow it.  Get your program printed, read, make notes, get your starting pics and measurements and go grocery shopping :).
